The Crystal Sslugs of the Test

This is the aesthetic centre of the Gardens. Here, great animals roam freely; here, the artworks and monuments of every culture are arranged. It is the most stunning neutral territory. Gnarly nighttwists, elegant yellow musk creepers, strong assassin vines, beautiful rare and Steep herbs, all grow here in attractive proportions. Each is laced with just a touch of magic frost which enables it to survive in the adamas-rich, strong-smelling soil.

My ...subtle... magics are hard pressed to do much to these...mindlessness incarnate beings...

I will try to think of something...and I welcome ideas.

I could...contribute...sparks of someone's personality to the Sslug programming...
This could allow for a more...personalized effect on them...

I could, given enough setup, create a spell that would slowly drain the Sslugs over time...ensuring they will eventually begone from the realm...the risk being they may seek to...overturn it with Favor.

I could contain the Sslug...within the tower... this effect could have useful ramifications...

But also dangerous ones. Do we trust a sslug full of Favor in a tower with the most powerful being in any universe?

Obviously...that would not be the...final...step...

Consider, for example, whether we could convince the Master to vacate his tower...the Sslug sealed inside by magic... perhaps allowing the tower to house a temporary Facet of our own design...

A temporary facet is not a bad idea. These sslugs do not seem to learn. They are designed to destroy. Give it a new situation that it cannot break out of by strength alone. Although Mix in the tower has done a fair amount of innovation...

I'd pitch in for that, certainly.

Then again, perhaps it has enough Favor simply to pay its way back out...

By fang and claw! I have returned! I must apologize for my absence, It has not been very pack-like to vanish amidst chaos. However my home world is just as chaotic with the introduction of this so called "2nd Deity" that I had to get my paws a little dirty meeting this Gaeia and I'm not at all decent at sharing my home world. But all the same I've picked up some new tricks in the process. Hopefully I can put them to use here...

I have some favor to offer yet to support a great plan of action, but in the meantime that citadel needs a better look about it. And with that Volatilus will morph into a massive dire bat that bursts towards the citadel. Pitch black with a 30 foot wingspan he circles the tower just out of range, with an increasing amount of smaller followers bursting from the trees of his glade to join him.

Volatilus will invoke the growth of plants in the area closest to explode with vigor targeting the outside of the citadel, thick moist tendrils of vines to cover the holes where flaming arrows once blossomed, wreathing it in green to slow the counterattack. If successful I shall approach with my furry friends to draw what attention that breaks through.

The harder your plants attack, the faster arrows come flying out to tear them to shreds. This reduces the amount of missiles which target the others on the ground, but the plants have no hope of overcoming the Citadel's ever more furious defenses.

The small bats are not targeted at all. Your 30' bat receives the occasional half-hearted shot - nothing to slow Volatilus.

I attempt to magic some of the arrows...magic them straight into the Tower...
I choose a time when the...missiles...are most numerous...
